Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue which includes sporadic mothing, in unissued and better than very fine condition.
