Sinomacrops bondei Scale:1:1 Length 103mmSinomacrops bondei is an anurognathid pterosaur that lived about 160 million years ago, during the MiddleLate Jurassic, in what is now Hebei Province, China. It is known from a nearly complete, flattened skeleton preserved with patches of soft tissue. Like other anurognathids, it had a short, broad skull and a mouth equipped with small, fine, recurved teeth, probably adapted for catching insects in mid flight. One of its most striking features is the
