Helleborus lemperii Frosty PPAF Canary Islands (aka: Cimicifuga rubifolia) This wonderfulHelleborus 'Frosty' is a new selection of Helleborus x lemperii, which is a cross of Helleborus x hybridus and Helleborus niger. The huge, outfacing white flower, open in January, which is slightly after Helleborus niger, and before the Helleborus x hybridus flowering season. The 16" tall x 20" wide clumps of this sterile hybrid are topped with clusters of buds that emerge blushed pink, and open pure white.
