Project 108 Cabirou (2024) Orange Wine 750ml (12%) Scandinavia dark fruit - earthy -Muscat and Grenache Blanc from Tautavel and Corbires, Southern France. Heady concentrated stone fruit herbal. This aromatic orange wine uses whole bunch Muscat for floral lift and de stemmed fruit for depth, resulting in a perfectly balanced grip. It undergoes a three week maceration and regular lees stirring to create a textural, mineral driven finish.
