Estonia, Republic. A Red Cross Medal Hold with effective from January 15(Eesti Punase Risti teenetemaerk). Instituted in 1920. In frosted silver with red enamels, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 34. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its ring suspension, intact enamels, exhibiting streaking and spotting in the silvering finish, without ribbon, better than very fine. Footnote: The Order of the Estonian Red Cross was established by the Estonian Red Cross Society in 1920. In 1936, it was adopted by the Estonian Parliament in the
