For this project, the chef teamed up with Italian artist Ivo Bisignano. The various plate sizes, vivid colours and varied patterns evoke the atmosphere of 'laid back nonchalance' typical of Ottolenghi, creating tables that are at once informal yet lush, even eccentric.
