Made by an old school producer who lives right next to the vineyard, this wine boasts bountiful black cherries and mountain berries with a distinct peppery brightness. Open it now or lay it down for awhile, and admire the Lore artwork depicting the winery's strength during the 2017 wildfires. We would pair it with grilled lamb chops and asparagus in a lemon yogurt sauce.
