Paraje Tornel 2018 Ijscider multi-layered bouquet of ripe red100% Bobal. Approximately 60 year old vines, grown on chalky, clay soil. The average altitude of the plots is 750 metres. The grapes are monitored with great care and selected as much as possible to reflect the typical character of Bobal in the region. 12 months' ageing in new, French oak barrels, followed by at least 12 months in bottles before the wine is brought to market. Typical red fruit aromas supported by hints of Mediterranean scrub, toast
