La cramique lui a galement permis de renouer avec les traditions anciennes et populaires, ainsi quavec liconographie et les mythes de lespace mditerranen. Aprs quelques expriences au dbut du sicle, Picasso ne se consacre la cramique qu partir de 1947, dans latelier Madoura
