Victorian Garnet Cabochon Ring banded agate much of the silver platingDATE: Victorian, c. 1880 This gorgeous red garnet cabochon is mounted in a chunky 18k yellow gold ring. The stone is highly domed and shows flashes of light and dark red throughout. It dates from the Victorian period, circa 1880 with English hallmarks for Chester.
