Nebbiolo from vines averaging around 50 years old grows here on limestone and clay soils at an altitude of 350400 meters. The result is a deep Barolo with ripe red and dark fruit, spices, balsamic notes, and firm, fine grained tannins. The warm 2022 vintage makes Cerretta slightly more approachable in its youth, without losing the powerful character
